Payment Options
By Mail
Mail payment and your return stub (top right corner of bill) in the envelope provided. Please allow at least five business days for delivery.
In Person
Bring in your payment to the District office during normal business hours for a receipt. A drop box is available in our parking lot.
Direct Payment Program
You can sign up for our Direct Payment Program. This will allow the District to debit your checking or savings account approximately eighteen (18) days from date of mailing. Date will be shown on your bill. To download the application, click here.
By Phone
You now have the option to pay by credit card: Master Card, Discover or American Express with the cooperation of Official Payments Corporation. A fee will be assessed based on the amount of the bill. Call 1-800-272-9829 and follow the directions of the automated system, when prompted enter the District's Jurisdiction code 1536.
Online
Or pay online at www.officialpayment.com. A fee will be assessed based on the amount of the bill.
When Payments Are Due
Payments are due upon presentation. If payment is not received by the delinquent date on the bill, a reminder notice will be sent and service may be subject to additional fees and shut off. Please call our office if you would like to make payment arrangements.
Billing Disputes
If you wish to initiate a complaint or request an investigation concerning services or charges shown on your bill, you must do so in writing within 5 days of receiving your bill. All bills must be paid by the delinquent date; we will credit your account if the result of your request reduces your bill.
Leaks
Customers are responsible for all water usage and corresponding charges as a result of leaks on their side of the meter. The District is responsible for leaks and water usage on the other side of the customer's meter.
